Remember Emma, Ross and Rachel’s baby? Two sisters who portrayed her in Friends have emerged on TikTok and are attempting to be influencers now.

Alexandra and Athena Conley are twins who played baby Emma Geller-Green(e) in several episodes of season nine of Friends. They’re now, like, grown-up adults with jobs and everything. Is it just me, or do they feasibly look like they could be children of Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer?

Alexandra casually dropped on her TikTok account that she’s Ross and Rachel’s daughter. She shared a series of screenshots of her younger self in several episodes from season nince of Friends, including The One with the Blind Dates, The One Where Rachel Goes Back to Work, The One with Phoebe’s Rats and a deleted scene from The One Where Monica Sings.

Athena is an actual professional cheerleader. This feels like fate since Rachel on Friends was a cheerleader in high school. Athena is part of the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders.

Both girls studied business management at California Polytechnic State University, and graduated in 2024.

Athena has a regular job as an investment control reconciler. I don’t understand what that is, but it sounds impressive. Alexandra is a social media co-ordinator for a nail varnish company, which feels like a very Rachel-coded career choice.

Alexandra and Athena weren’t the only actors to portray baby Emma. In some episodes, Emma was played by Noelle and Cali Sheldon. You can tell the babies apart because Noelle and Cali had much lighter hair than Alexandra and Athena did.

Alexandra joked on TikTok that she “eventually got kicked off the show because I cried too much”. This might explain why Noelle and Cali got to play Emma in the season ten episode, The One with the Cake.
